How do I download it?
Use a laptop or a desktop. You can’t download it on handphones.

Congratulations on the approval of your application. Please note that your eVAL will be available for download within 2-3 working days from the approval date.
The eVAL can be downloaded via the EMGS application tracker within 2-3 working days: https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.
However if you are from a country that does not require the SEV, you can proceed to arrange for your travel to Malaysia.
To ensure a smooth arrival, make sure you give your institution the details of your port of entry (airport), flight number, arrival date and time before leaving your country for Malaysia. A representative from the institution should greet you at the Immigration check-point at the Malaysian airport upon your arrival.
