    Hi, i have applied for my VAL but my application is stuck at 15 requesting for additional documents and i sent the documents to my university and they confirmed to me that they forwarded them to EMGS and the date that my case opened changed from 25 to 28 wich is yesterday which shows that there is still a problem and i have tried to send an email to EMGS but all i got was an automated reply, nothing more, can you please help?

      Yeah it hard not knowing the current progress status but once you have sent the right additional documents as requested, you need to be patience to get EMGS approval and your application will be back to normal .
