Contact vfs global website for more informations because they are the one handling Malaysia student visa in Abuja
I did already and got some details. However, someone mentioned something “police character” or so. Please what does that mean?
Also, I saw 2000+9900 on the website. How do we pay the money?
Similarly, do we have anything to do again at the Foreign Affairs Ministry after obtaining eligibility letter from the ministry of education?
Please if you have any details share to help others. How long does it take to get it even at the vfs?

Ndlea clearance first for all diploma and degree students. You need it first
You need foreign affairs to attest and sign your your educational certificates and some other documents… you will need someone to guide you for you not to be delayed

This is all you will need for your SEV:
* stamped bank statements (last 3 months) with stamped bank reference letter of your sponsor
* clearance certificate from NDLEA (for all first time travelers and student visa)
* admission letter from the university I.e offer letter
* VISA approval letter from the Malaysia immigration department
* educational certificates of applicant
Eligibility letter from the federal ministry of education of Nigeria
* letter from the sponsor
* international passport Data page of the sponsor
Take this documents to VFS Abuja or if you need someone to guide you.. I have who can guide u over there in Nigeria… Best of lucks
On the VFS VISA PROCESSING checklist, they said NDLEA certificates is waived for masters and phD students
Also you will need your valid international passport, approved yellow fever certificate, confirmed returning air ticket

Both diploma students and degree students need Ndlea clearance, that is the first thing you have to do, if you need more info add me on facebook ichie geraldo come I will update you more. I just finish my diploma apply for degree I came down to Nigeria to get new Visa to continue my degree. Just add me if you want
