Hi emgs @emgs my name is Muhammad Aqsal Arnoli from Indonesia, i gave my passport to the visa department in my university already. It’s been
1 month but there’s no update from my uni,i am study at limkokwing university. Also it stuck in 80% process and the system shows that i haven’t give my passport to them in emgs app

  Have you personally visited the visa department at your university? These kind of things, best to ask about in person
