I couldn’t renew my student visa since July 2019 due to some problems with the systems. And when my faculty fixed it, it was too late to renew. Therefore I left malaysia unexpected. After that I tried to reapply my visa but the process from falculty was so slow. It took almost 3 months up until now for them to provide me a deferment letter. And it hasn’t completed yet. I’m so depressed that enough to give up my study.
My purpose to re-entering back Malaysia are:
– All my important stuffs are still in the house that Its contract will come to an end in 11th March 2020. I do the house rental payment monthly from October till now.
– Internet subcription will end in 28th March also.
I need to come back Malaysia to finish the house contract, take my stuffs, get house deposits, foreigners deposits for internet refunds.
I’m pretty sure that my application hasn’t been sent to Malaysia Immigration, and still stays with my university, since yesterday university informed me about the missing of the Letter for Deferment which is provide from my falcuty. It’s been the third times they inform my falcuty about my deferment letter but they still hasn’t got it.
University will stop working during Lunar new year that coming up next week. I’m afraid that I couldn’t get visa on time.
@hong We advise that you confirm with the university first. If you do not have any active application, then you may proceed to the Malaysian Embassy to apply for a visa to enter Malaysia. However, if there is an active application you are not encouraged to enter Malaysia on a Social Visa as the application will be rejected. The approval to grant you entry is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department Officers at the point of entry.
Kindly note that you can only enter and remain in Malaysia for the given period for the sole purposes you mentioned above.
