    Hello EMGS, my application status is still at 35% going to a month now, instead of the 7-10 days… what does this mean?

      Hi,

      Please note that 35% indicates that your documents has been submitted to the Immgration Department. Normally the process will take approximately 7-10 working days with the approval solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL for students who are out of Malaysia. Therefore, kindly advise us if you are in the Malaysia or outside of Malaysia. If you are in Malaysia, kindly email us at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my, providing us with your passport number. This will enable us to retrieve your application details and advise you accordingly.
