  Hi Ramy,
  
  Please note that the 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not processing VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once the Immigration Department resumes processing VAL.

    Do you know when will imigration start to process the val for students outside malaysia? Because from DS. Ismail Sabri, all international student can return to Malaysia start from 1 Jan 2021, as long as they have permanent residence.

      We understand that there was an announcement pertaining to entry into Malaysia. However, we have not recieve further instructions on this matter. Hence, we are unable to provide you with a confirmation. Rest assured, we will revert as soon as we receive an update from the relevant government agencies.
