Dear, EMGS Officer.
I am also same case. Application is closed due to ban. Now, institute requested for reopen and submitted all documents on 29 September. Since then no progress. I have emailed and even called multiple times regarding this issue. But the answer is that application opening is at the discretion of EMGS Officers.

Thanks for your kind response. However, as it is repeatedly informed by EMGS that My institute has requested to reopen the application and submitted the required documents on 29 September, 2021 and application resumption is at the discretion of EMGS officer.
Kindly clarify the rules and regulation regarding the application resumption as EMGS Officers has to follow some rules, timelines and regulations. EMGS, being reputable organization, surely will not keep the decisions at discretion of EMGS Officers on wish or will.
Kindly inform regarding rules, criteria and timeline for resumption of application after request from institute. It is almost 20 days and still no progress.
Those applied even after me are far ahead.
Moreover, I would request you to kindly consider my case for earlier relief to allow me join my studies at the earliest. further, I consider that my query is reaching EMGS officers as well.
