All the best. I got my SEV last week just waiting for any solution to accompany kids otherwise mothers can’t bear uncertainty.
Making dua they allow you to bring your kids with you. Very hard to expect mothers to come study with no solution for their kids

Dear. Sadaf first of all many congratulations to you. even I dont know which scholarship you get or not. second thing as far as I understand regarding your comments , i would like to add that. Yeahh no mother can live without children and children need mother or viceversa. When you got dependant pass or they allow to you with children than in this you come other wise please dont come without children. even here a lot formalities in this country for muslim people, muslim like internationals specially from PAK. apply this pass that pass renew pass and pay pay just pay… Besides of this, if your profile is good then must go and apply for europe side. there you can easily move with family. You are right I got admission in European university but our faculty scholarship funds were not enough to meet expenditures over there so they approved grants for Malaysia and Germany only. If I knew this situation I could have applied somewhere else. I can’t apply for dependent pass before my arrival to Malaysia so that is why I’m looking for other options like Langkawi travel buble.
Sister Arifah please consult with the university. Travellers arriving through LTB are not eligible to apply for dependent pass as far as i know. The university must apply for the entry approval (mtp) of dependents. best wishes
So the university has already already applied for my dependent visa last week… Seperately I have a SEV to enter under LTB… Making dua they allow the conversion of my SEV for LTB to be converted into dependent pass…. In any case for dependent pass you enter Malaysia with a SEV
Its as i asked EMGs,First apply My travel pass then SEV if need to enter malaysia but student first should get his/ her visa …then can apply for dependent…..
after they arrive you must ask your uni to apply for them through Emgs app…

Correct Mohammad… My husband has done all of this… My question is if I have a SEV for LTB then when my dependent pass is approved and I am already in Malaysia under SEV for LTB, will they stamp for my dependent pass there?
The dependent pass will be processed after your MTP is approved, isn’t it so?
MTP approval may take 14 days or more, so i heard.
So if you are already in ML through LTB and MTP approval takes more time then you might not have the minimum 14 days SEV validity that is required for the dependent pass approval.
Also we were told to apply for SEV after getting MTP approval for dependents. You might want to talk to the university if SEV for LTB will converted to dependent pass.
The dependent pass is done via MTP

Unfortunately the new LTB SOP does not allow me to enter as I am from a high risk country
I’m so sorry to hear that sister… i haven’t come across anyone who had their MTP approved within 14 days,it does take much longer…also i don’t know if any dependent got their MTP approved at all
