7 working days… So in 9 days from when the university submitted it
new dependent? May i know what’s the procedure for now? I am waiting for VAL from Universiti Technologi Mara. I am planning to bring my child with me. Thank you
Yes new dependent… My husband had to first go to Malaysia on his VAL and Quarantine and pass his medical and get his student visa issued before they could apply for my dependent visa. All in all it took about a month….
Also know another student who is a mother who had to go without her child and the child followed later with the father
Speak to your university if can’t leave child behind
can i bring ny child along with me because my child is only 4 years old if i don’t take him with me then how could he will go.
You need to speak to your university to check
The mother we know had to leave kids with her parents and then they came with the children father later
If you can wait for them to ooen for tourists then maybe your children can come on a tourist visa and then change to a dependent visa but please check with the university, EMGS and embassy of Malaysia if possible first
University will refer you to immigration department and they will say you can’t enter with your dependents, this is quite frustrating sometimes I repent why I took admission in Malaysia.
I’m sorry guys that this is an extra stress… Sadaf I’m glad you found my post… My dependent visa took 7 days but also need to take into account my husband student visa took like 2 weeks and Quarantine before that… So a month all in all
