I got mail 2 days before I click the link it opens a stars app asking username and password
Dont open any link bro. To track the application u got only emgs app and website.
Right now u are at 32% then u should go to 35% then wait for 2-5 days and get to 70%

Rules about travelling in april like all ik is that u need to do pcr test and thats it but u must have ur single entry visa it is needed and i also remember there is no quarantine. Thats all i know like my university didnt give much updates.
So I recommend you to email ur uni of what are the rules to travel in 2nd of april and they will give u all the details.
