3. Proceed to Google Play and install the latest version of the EMGS mobile app
4. Complete the verification process accordingly
For iOS devices, kindly note that we are in the midst of launching an updated version of the EMGS mobile app. You can download the latest version of the app once it has been made available on App Store.
Yeah I emailed them and they replied that they are aware of the problem. It seems to be an software issue and they’re sorting it out
