Due to spelling mistakes I’m going to fix my Father name at my academic documents but now I’m confused with putting dot (.) after Md at my certificates as at my passport there are no dot (.) after MD as that’s written in all capitals but in my fathers National Identity or other certificates they have used dot (.) after Md. but only at passport there is not dot (.) used after MD as that’s written in all capital latter. Can you please tell me what should I do?
