Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly request your assistance in expediting the processing of my EMGS application, which is currently at 35%. My course at Xiamen University Malaysia is scheduled to commence on September 18th, and I am concerned that any further delays may impact my ability to start the semester on time.

I understand that the application process involves several steps, but given the limited time remaining before the start of my course, I would be extremely grateful if you could prioritize my application and assist in moving it forward to the 70% mark as soon as possible.

Please let me know if there are any additional documents or steps that I need to complete from my end to facilitate this process.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

  Congratulations on the approval of your application. Please note that your eVAL will be available for download within 2 working days from the approval date via the website tracker:
  https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
  
  If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.
  
  However if you are from a country that does not require the SEV, you can proceed to arrange for your travel to Malaysia.
