Dear officer,

My passport number is EL0144943 and Application Number is E#########. My student visa application is already 35%(green) more than 10 workdays, and it indicated my documents were submitted to immigration administration at 4/09/2023, however, i got not progress until now.

As i will enter Malaysia on 18/09/2023,could you help me deal with my visa
process as soon as possisible. Now it is urgent, please help me check what happened on my visa progress. Thanks you !!!
