Hello, if my passport is valid for 3 months only can i get a student visa for my master for one year ?

  In order to obtain a Student Pass for 1 year, your passport validity should be more than 12 months. We recommend that you renew or extend the validity of your passport prior to the submission of your application for the Master’s course.

Yes, for the majority of the universities here except in some cases. Like if you did A-level or equivalent.
Also, if you’re a citizen of an English spoken country you’re not required to do IELTS.
Beside that not the only IELTS that they accept, they also accept TOIFIL And som3 other English examination
