It will take 3-4 days the documents to be submitted to immigration then another 4-5 days for val approval. Then another 4-5 days until it reaches 70% and you can download it online and obtain your visa in embassy of Malaysia if necessary to obtain. Without Single entry visa you can enter Malaysia.
If you completed your Masters from a Malaysian university u can mail your faculty and describe your problem…..You should also send a Mail to EMGS and your New university……They may suggest you what to do…..May god bless you
Thank you brother for you replay. Unfortunately all my friends left Malaysia. The CGS of UniMAP told me should someone with authorized letter from me collect it and I should pay fee of the certificate while I don’t has a friend in Malaysia right now
Is there anyway to expedite the procedure at Immigration? As they take almost 3 weeks to process the appeal for VAL, even through there was minor issue in my application i.e. they require to submit complete passport.
I am going to UniKl (Universiti Kuala Lumpur). My application was rejected because of not providing complete passport. So I send its complete copy and my institute forwarded it on the very next day. Then it turned green.
