Hello everyone, I received a mail saying that my institution or the student should justify my health declaration form which I did but application is still pending.

I’ve applied for eVAL but I received a mail telling me to upload my passport and transcript which I did but if I check my application status is still pending waiting for some documents to be uploaded. But I received a mail telling that the photo had been amended. Why is the application showing pending please?
