Oof I kinda can’t remember mine properly, but I think it was the documents you’ve already used for applying (like a photo, passport etc) plus your approval letters
You can start your application online and check, you don’t have to submit it immediately, you can save your progress and come back to it later, I completed my own after a week

A bit confused, why are you applying for SEV when you already have eVisa?

I think you are from India many this happened with many Indian students even many of my Indian friends including me got stuck for 40 to 50 days at 90% but people from other countries got their passport back within 30 days

The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
