My application was approved on the 8th May and I’m aware that on the 9/10/11 was a public holiday due to the elections, it usually take 2-3 working days to be able to download the Val, the 3 workings days should had start Monday and by Wednesday which is tomorrow and the 3rd working I’m supposed to received it tomorrow then?

Hello Officer, how are you? Since I was approved on May 8, today is supposed to be third day for the VAL but my application has not been updated yet to be able to download my Val. As I recall, once your approved it takes 2-3 working days for the release of the Val, I’m worried that today is the 3rd working day and my Val still isn’t released. Kindly advise me on what’s is going on. Thank you
