      When asking emgs support, it is always important to indicate your passport. Besides, the fastest way to get the answer is through a phone call. Today is Friday and you still have two weekend days, so the answer on the platform will be a sort of delayed until probably later next week. In my situation, I needed once to confirm on something related to the val and got the answer immediately by phone. Hope this works with you as well.
