IF your university has applied for VAL on behalf of you then you have to send it to your university. They will forward it to the EMGS.

Check out your eval progress in the “Application Status” sector.

You should check your application status. If its yellow then something must be pending but if its green then your VAL is in processing.

It differs, some uni(s) required 80% while others 100% but once its done, an email will be automatically send to you for downloading your VAL.

Unless and until you can’t provide the required document in your case which is more likely the transcript, the emgs officials cant take any step.
