Please be informed that on the 7th of September 2020, the Malaysian Government announced that long-term pass (including Student Pass)holders from 23 countries are banned from entering Malaysia. Could you please update us about the allowance of entry of the students from the specified 23 countries? And why is it that the students who are born and raised in some other country but are the passport holders from one of the 23 countries not allowed to enter ? Hi Bibi,
We are currently waiting for confirmation from the relevant authorities, with regard to the entry of international students from the 23 barred countries. We will notify institutions and students once we have an update.

@bibizainab Since you are transferring from a private to a public institution, you can be in Malaysia during the processing of the application. However, if the Immigration Department requests an exit stamp, you will be required to exit Malaysia.

Since I will be transferring from my current university ,, I wanted to know that if I will be able to get my visa changed from the current university to another university while I’m in Malaysia due to the pandemic ??

Kindly confirm which institution you are transferring from and the one you are transferring to. Please be informed that we are unable to provide you with an exact time-frame for the completion of the travel authorization application process, as there are multiple levels of processing involved to approve the travel request by students.…[Read more]

@bibizainab We already processed your application and your VAL was approved using that same photo. As such, you are required to liaise with the eVisa issuing authorities. If you are unable to apply for eVisa, we recommend that you proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country in order to apply for the SEV.

Contact with marketing department
I meant I can help those students to find accommodation here in Malaysia . Mostly hostels are much expensive than apartments ,, so would be better to stay in an apartment .
