hi there. you should try opening up ur account on the emgs website instead. there will be a file shown and u can download it frm there.

And you can download it only from your PC. Not from your phone

You will get an option to download your VAL.

Hi Hasan,
The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
