Hi,
Please note that we received your passport on the 12th of January 2021. The process will normally take approximately 14 working days from the date we submit your passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at their discretion.

Please note that the Immigration Department is not accepting passports until further notice. We will notify institutions and students once the they resume accepting passports.
