Two of my friends paid EMGS fees about 3 & 10 days ago. But Whenever we try to see the status on EMGS portal, it shows know record found’. Why this happening to them?
Is it very normal or is something going wrong?
Please be noted, they paid the fees through their agent.
Agent and EMGS Staff are different party therefore you need to refer to your agent and university representative whether your application already submitted.
Kindly advise your friends to check with the agent directly. If there is no record found, it means that their applications are yet to be created in our system.
