Hello EGMS ,hope you are fine.my application has been suspended in 32% since two months ,so could you please tell how long will it take to be finally processd?

If I deferment semester do I need to a new application from the immigration ? my i-kad and residency Pass expiry date to 13/9/2019 and i want go to Malaysia in 1/9/2019

today 3/9/2018 i submit the my passport, Personal Bond, a VALID insurance cover note for Own Group Insurance and Medical Screening Confirmation Form to EMGS for sticker issuance. how many day for sticker issuance
