Follow-up Inquiry on Dependent Pass Documentation and Bank Balance Requirements

I hope this message finds you well. I am following up on our previous correspondence regarding the dependent pass application for my child.
Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for your prompt response. However, I have some further queries that I hope you can help clarify.
1. Mandatory Relationship Letter: I have noted your statement that the relationship letter is a mandatory document according to the Immigration Department’s requirements. However, the EMGS website lists only the birth certificate and marriage certificate as necessary for establishing the relationship. My child’s birth certificate clearly indicates the names of both parents. Could you please provide further clarification or specific guidance on why an additional relationship letter is required despite the information provided by the birth certificate?
2. Bank Account Balance: Regarding the bank statement requirement, my account was opened on the 5th of June, which is less than three months ago. However, it has consistently maintained an average balance of over RM60,000. Should I wait until the account has been open for three months before applying, or is the current balance sufficient for the application process?
I understand the importance of adhering to the set regulations and procedures. Your guidance on these matters is crucial for me to ensure that my application is complete and compliant with all requirements.
