Hello Sander. The document you will need submit as a proof of accommodation is a lease contract in your name. Double check with the Miniatry of Health.
You will apply for the quarantine after you have got the eval and single entry visa and booked the flight ticket.

Thank you for the quick response! It would be possible to book a quarantine room through safe travel correct? Do I need a Single Entry Visa if I’m from the Netherlands? When I checked it didn’t show up in the list.
