According to EMGS site, they said 14 working days.
Which is 2weeks 4 days-
But is just a Visa letter it takes time??
It’s already a piece of paper right there why can’t I just take it?

Went through the same process. The university sends you the VAL, since you need the original document to apply for a single entry visa. Time taken to receive the document depends on the country you live in. My VAL was sent my Limkokwing too, it took around a week and a half.
