Dear EMGS officer, i hope you are doing very well. I wanna ask about the governement announcment about the international students. Is that announcement also for the new intetnational students? So when will immigration department start their operations to issue VALs to international students?

  We are in the midst of clarifying this with the relevant Government agencies. We will update institutions and students once we have received more information.
