1. You can get a refund by contacting emgs directly and explaining to them your desire to abort the application and get a refund.2. On then other hand, you are asking about a solution for your date of birth issue. I indicated to you what should be done on your country.

Zero means two things:
1. Your university created a record for you at their STARS system. Good news.
2. It also means the university has not sent the payment or some documents to emgs.Solution:
Check with your university to see what happened. Most likely they sent the payment and documents but emg needs three working days to process it and…[Read more]-

Flight operators inspected my documents and asked specifically about the hotel and quarantine documents. They expressly said if I did not have them then I would be denied boarding.
