Dear EMGS,

My VAL progress is 35% (green). I have a baby of 8 months whom I really need to bring along with me from the beginning of my PhD. I know that dependent visa is on hold but is that anyway exempted for babies this young who cannot live without mother?

  We understand your predicament. However, entry for dependants is still on hold until further notice. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the relevant government authorities.
