My payment and documents has been received, can anyone tell me how long will it take to get the VAL

  First your institute/university must approve the VAL application you have submitted to EMGS. Then it will start showing on the EMGS tacking link. From the day it becomes trackable, count 30 days. You should get your VAL by this time frame.
