Good day, it’s been about a week since I paid the eVal processing fee. The problem is my status is stuck at 5% pending approval by the institution. I have mailed my institution USM but no response. Please, how long does this process take? And could you please do something about it?

    Let’s hope it gets resolved quickly..

  If you apply through institution/uni then you have to liaise with the uni itself to submit your documents and payment as soon as possible to EMGS. EMGS only can help if the documents already received by them.

    Thanks Julia, but I applied through EMGS and my progress is just 5% pending approval by my institution.

      Ahh then u can liaise with the uni to approve your applications then. By then only your progress will continue.
