I would like to get clarification from any Nigerian in this forum who left for Malaysia recently.
Which one of these is a requirement for SEV in Nigeria?
1. Notarized copy of highest certificate from ministry of foreign affairs, or
2. Eligibility letter from ministry of education

  I have the list in pdf format if you want give me ur email.

  Both are prerequisite requirements. First go the ministry of education Abuja and certified your certificates as bona fide owner and eligibility letter after that you go to the federal ministry of foreign affairs office fore their endorsement on the certificates before you proceed to Malaysian embassy for SEV.
