Hey guys just submitted my passport for SEV today in Embassy of Malaysia in Jakarta, Indonesia. Wanna share documents needed (this is for indonesia for other countries might be different)

-1 set of offer letter from your uni
-Printed VAL (Visa Approval Letter)
-Pas photo white background
-Photocopy of passport only for the detail information page (front page) take note that that they charged 1000 IDR if you want to photocopy at their place, overpriced i know but i forgot to photocopy mine and just paid to make it convenient.
-Processing fee for IDR 889.000 (indonesian rupiah)
-Borang permohonan visa Malaysia. Print and fill it out at home. Just google the keyword above. If you did not, do not worry. They will give out the form at the counter.

The SEV will be done within 3 working days. I will collect it at Friday and will prepare my flight to Malaysia.

Take note that for applying SEV here, you did not do it in the embassy malaysia itself but they will redirect u to Menara Palma level 18 just about the corner of the embassy. They got separate building for applying SEV and collecting the passport.
