My Val is stuck at 15% for the last 7 days. It turned 15% on 24th January and it was green. It said it will take 4 working days. On the third working day it turned yellow and needed additional documents. That was on 28th January. Those files were received by emgs on 29th January. How long will it take to go to my next stage. I’m really worried because my university starts from 18th February. Looking forward for an answer.
