So many times I reported this issue that it got me tired to explain. Here I send you the case numbers I have already received and that got the same answer…:

I have asked your help infinite times to expedite my visa, but with no result. I have sent flight tickets (flights that I have already lost and got no money back). I have sent a letter from my office explaining the situation. I have asked my University’s representative to submit the acknowledgment form with all documents again and including my emails to you. I have asked help to my embassy, which also sent you a letter regarding this issue. I have contacted you many times by phone and by email. I have personally gone to EMGS office so I could understand what should I do…
Still my passport is stuck at 80% with immigration since 28th January! It has been an entire month!
