Hello good morning everyone and EMGS officer, I want to ask about my application. My application stuck in 15% yellow and I have submitted all of documents Requested.Only one of the documents that are not yet i.e. the certificate TOEFL. Though I’ve mengumpulkanya through my institution and I already email EMGS. But my institution said my TOEFL certificate is not accepted and must take MUET in malaysia. If I may know what is the reason my TOEFL certificate is not accepted when I test Indonesia’s official appointed by ETS in America. And if still not received my Ready take MUET however why my application is still yellow? Please answer my questions 🙏🙏
