Dear sir,
I wanted to know is it true that most of the universities are having trouble with their licence to take new international students ? My friends application is at 30% and its yellow since last 2 to 3 weeks and the university says they have problem with their licence. My friend already got his ticket booked but unfortunately the application is not proceeding forward. Is there any way to resolve this issue ? Looking forward to hear from you. Thank you

  Yes there was some issue with Immigration level, but now it is resolve and within this or coming week they will issue the student visas.
