URGENT CASE

Dear EMGS,
My application status is stuck on 15% it has been like this for a very long time .
My special pass in Malaysia expires after 5 days , and my semester starts on 1st of May, I’m worried about the consequences for the delay .

Dear EMGS please help solve the issue as soon as possible, I need urgent assistance .

  Thanks for your reply, I should travel to Thailand to get my VAL from there, can you please advise me on when exactly I should leave
