URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED.

I’m stuck in Thailand waiting for my VAL to get ready and come back to Malaysia, however I submitted all the requirements and EMGS process is still 15% and yellow.

I ask you please to follow up on my case and ensure me a short time to get back to Malaysia. I can’t afford being in Thailand for a long time.
