Dear EMGS Officer,
My Passport Number is BY0629111 and i am from Bangladesh. I have submitted all my required documents needed for eVAL application. I have done my medical screening at a registered EMGS clinic here. But my application is stuck at 15% with an issue as follow

”1) Pre-VAL Medical Screening results have not been updated on STARS. Please note that it is compulsory for students from Bangladesh, India & Sri Lanka to attend Medical Screening at a registered EMGS clinic in their home country. ”

I have contacted with the medical officer of the clinic and they said that they have sent it already and also mentioned that it might be emgs server problem.
What can i do now?

  I have downloaded Health Declaration Form and filled the form. How can I send it to emgs?

  so if I have yallow issue in my medical report and I submit health declaratin it will be ok? and return to green?
  because I did not know about that health declaration is enough
