Dear EMGS Officer,
My Passport Number is BY0629111 and I am from Bangladesh. I am facing some problem while tracking my online application progress. When i login with mobile app it shows 15% with green signal. But when i login from website it shows that the application is stuck at 15% with yellow colour showing issue related to pre medical Report although i submitted that document accordingly. Kindly tell me which one is correct and i am confused. my Course registration will go on first week of july. please do something as soon as possible. thank you.

  You are required to download the Health Declaration form from EMGS website and submit the completed form to your institution. You may download the form https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/media/docs/Lampiran_B_-_Health_Declaration_Form_For_Applicant.pdf . We will resume the process of your application once we receive the Health Declaration form from your institution. Thank you.
