Hello EMGS authority!
I have few questions. First of all, I should mention that I have finished my MSc research from Malaysia in 2017 & I canceled my visa and I came back Bangladesh at 21 August 2017. Now I have applied for PhD student visa 14 June 2019 for UM. Last 19 June my application process was 15% on the app. But 20 June it was showing my previous visa renewal record which was at 2016 for 1 year visa to complete my Masters. Why am I not seeing my new application progress? This is my first question.
Now my second question is: for pre arrival medical check up I telephoned 2 EMGS authorised clinic near by my location which are in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Both of them informed me, currently the system where Doctor should upload medical report of applicants for EMGS is not working so that they asked me to inform EMGS to know how I should submit my medical report to EMGS. One doctor suggested me to do medical check up right now and when the system will be fixed, they will upload it on that system. They also mentioned that the system of EMGS medical report submitted site is currently updating, that is the reason of delay. Is it true? Please guide me for those issues. Thank you.

  For your first question, kindly send an email to us providing your full name and passport number together with your enquiry to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will assist you accordingly.
  
  For your second question, please take note that with effect from 1st June 2019, all International Students will no longer be required to undergo the Pre-Arrival Medical Screening when applying for a student pass application. However they are required to submit a “Health Declaration Form” for their VAL. Kindly refer to the link below to download the form:

    Thank you so much for the reply, that was helpful..
    It seems the health declaration form should be filled up by applicant, doesn’t it?
    Where should I submit this declaration?? to ######### ?? Thanks.

      Hello Mohammad Asaduzzaman Rasel ,
      
      If the application was created by you from EMGS website, then you can send your Health Declaration form to additional(at)emgs.com.my. If the application was created by your institution, then send the document to your institution and request them to submit to EMGS. Thank you.
