Dear friends i hope everyone is fine. My VAL was issued on my old passport number. I have applied for new VAL with new passport number. It has been two weeks but there is no update. Can anyone please help me answering that how many days it takes normally. Specially those who had the same problem. Your response is highly appreciated. Thanks

    my friend got the same problem. he applied for renewal of student pass with new passport number. Until now still no answer. anyone has any idea what to do?
