I had the same situation, i needed to cancel the first application and create a new one with the new payment method, it took less than two days to cancel the first one.

If you have already created the application , kindly contact your institution and request them to cancel the application . You are required to send a cancellation request to enquiry(at) emgs.com.my to cancel the application you have created in our system. Once it has been canceled, you will be notified and you can proceed to create new application again. Please take note that your cancellation request should come from the same email used to create the application. Thank you.
