Dear EMGS OFFICER
Could you please explain this English on the HEALTH DECLARATION FORM: “ I hereby declare that I am free from the following diseases/conditions:
TB yes or no
Hep B yes or no

I think there is grammar confusion here
Please clarify
I don’t have any of the diseases me mentioned on the form.
So what answers should I pick: yes or no

  If you have disease u can choose no, if you didn’t have disease u can choose yes.
