Hello, I applied for my VAL a few days ago and have received an email saying that the photo doesn’t meet the requirements and that the institution or student is required to upload a new photograph. I want to know where I am supposed to upload the new photograph.

  Same here Bruh, I’ve sent them like 3 photos, 2 done in photo booths yet they keep saying it’s not meeting the requirement.

    How do you upload the new photograph? You send it through your uni?

      If you applied by your institution then you have to pass them your photo and they upload it.

  Please be advised that if your application is an online application (created by student using emgs website), you may send the new photo to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. If your application was created by your institution, kindly send the photo to your institution. Thank you.
